This lymph cleansing program is designed for 3 days. It can be used for the so-called seasonal lymph cleansing - carried out 2-3 times a year, for example, in autumn, winter and spring.

Day 1. During the day, you will drink 6 glasses of vegetable broth. If health permits, you can refuse other food for this day. Vegetables are a rich source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
